Red Cliffs Lodge is located on the banks of the Colorado River surrounded by 2000′ cliffs 14 Miles west of Moab, Utah. The ranch is located on 220 acres and has been the location for many movies and commercials dating back to 1949. The lodge includes 110 rooms, a bar & restaurant, Moab Museum of Film & Western Heritage, and Castle Creek Winery. We offer daily horseback riding during the season and daily raft trips are available from this location.

If you crave a break from the ordinary, a unique retreat from the all-too-familiar, plan your next travel experience at the Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge. Nestled along the banks of the Colorado River 14 miles up scenic Highway 128 from downtown Moab, we are situated beside the river’s best white water rapids, and surrounded by deep-cut Canyonlands and steep red rock cliffs. It’s a classic, rugged Western landscape worthy of Hollywood, and was in fact the site of numerous films, including Rio Grande with John Wayne. We have award-winning, rustic-comfort River King Suites, Creek-side Queen Suites, River King Cabins, River Queen 2-Bedroom Cabins, and an Executive Suite. From mountain biking, horseback riding, and guided tours of national parks (Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park), to rafting, jeeping and hiking, we’re the ideal base from which to explore Moab. We’re also a spectacular spot for weddings and offer comprehensive corporate meeting facilities.
